Andrew's professional experience covers a diversified portfolio of public and privately owned clients from various industries including statutory boards, manufacturing, trading, education, fund management, shipping, salvage, agriculture, e-waste recycling, airport management, architectural, property development, service residences and hotels. Andrew has also performed non-audit work in relation to financial due diligence reviews and reporting accountants on initial public offerings.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Second Upper Class) degree, with a minor in Business Law, from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also a Public Accountant registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

He is currently a board member of Russell Bedford International (“RBI”) and an audit quality control reviewer for RBI in the Asia Pacific region. Andrew was previously a committee member of ISCA’s Financial Statements Review Committee and the honorary treasurer of the Singapore Dragon Boat Association.

Kok Siong has extensive experience and expertise in taxation serving local, multinational and listed companies in Singapore as well as multinational companies based in Asia Pacific, United States and Europe.

Kok Siong is well versed in Singapore income tax law and practice and has advised companies on cross-border taxation and use of double tax treaties. He has also been extensively involved in tax advisory assignments and tax due diligence work involving corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and structuring of investments.

Kok Siong graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (2nd Class) degree, with a minor in Finance & Management, from the Nanyang Technological University. He is an Accredited Tax Advisor and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Eugene has been involved in the statutory and non-statutory audit of various international and local companies since 2001. His experience span over a wide range of industries (locally and overseas) including, but not limited to, communication, infrastructure, manufacturing, environmental management, retail, investments holding and dealing and general trading.

Eugene has extensive experience in IFRS reporting to auditors of international Clients as well as managing audits of holding companies (listed on Singapore Stocks Exchange in Singapore) that requires IFRS reporting from subsidiaries domiciled in various countries. 

Eugene graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (minor in Information Technology). Eugene is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore).

His experience span over a wide range of industries (locally and overseas) which involve in the control and approval of intellectual properties in Singapore, Singapore Government and Government-aided schools, provision of legal and medical consultancy services, management services (incl. property and private funds management), engineering, organisation of seminars, events and courses, IT consultancy, storage and warehousing services, communication, logistic and ship chartering, construction, property development, hospitality, education, manufacturing, retail, power and utilities generation (incl. the NEWater project in Singapore), investments holding and dealing and general trading.

Xu Guifeng has been involved in the statutory and non-statutory audit of various international and local companies since 2009. His experience span over a wide range of industries (locally and overseas) including manufacturing, construction, shipping and logistics, trading, jet aviation, retail, education, fund management and oil and gas. Guifeng has also performed non-audit work in relation to financial due diligence reviews.

Guifeng has extensive experience in coordinating audits of multinational corporations in location such as Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Germany. Prior to joining STRB, he was an audit manager with one of the Big 4 audit firms.

Guifeng graduated with a Bachelor of Technology, Master of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK.
