Assisted Self-help Kit (“ASK”) is a comprehensive self-assessment compliance package designed by the IRAS to aid businesses in the review of the correctness of their GST submissions and discover past GST errors early so as to qualify for IRAS’ Voluntary Disclosure Programme. GST registered businesses may adopt ASK on a voluntary basis.  Conducting ASK is compulsory when you are applying for or renewing GST schemes like Major Exporter Scheme or Approved Import GST Suspension Scheme.  By adopting ASK, businesses will enjoy zero or reduced penalties upon timely disclosure of past GST errors discovered during the Annual Review of past GST returns.  We will team with you to implement ASK for your business and perform annual review of past GST returns so as to detect errors early and avoid costly penalties.
